Salon Policies

We are an appointment only salon and promise to never overbook our clients.  We understand how valuable your time is and we appreciate you choosing us to take care of your hair. We aim to provide everyone quality service in an efficient time frame. We have the following  policies in place in order to do just that!

You are allowed 10 minutes to arrive to your appointment, AFTER 10 minutes a $55 LATE FEE will be applied to your balance. AFTER 20 minutes your appointment may be canceled.

You have 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel and/or reschedule an upcoming appointment. If we are closed, please call the salon at:  2037052295 leave us a detailed message or send us an email: to cancel your appointment and avoid late fees.

ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS will be charged 50% of the service booked.  Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation. Sorry Babe, if you call the day BEFORE your appointment, it will be a Late Cancel!

SAME DAY cancellations and/or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked. Yes, 100%!

You can reschedule your appointment with a 48-hour notice. However, the appointment must be rescheduled for a date within the same month of your initial appointment (depending on stylist availability).  If no date is available with your requested stylist, you will be placed on the cancellation list. You may not request a date for the following month.

If you book an extension install (traditional, closure, frontal, wig, etc.) hair must be purchased from Bombshell Studios. Please make your purchase at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  We do not allow hair from other companies and your appointment will be canceled.



Booking is opened on the last day of each month at 12pm for appointments for the following month; unless the last day falls on a Sunday or Monday; then the Books open on the last Saturday of that month.

There is a $50 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit required to secure your appointment at the time of booking.

Please make sure that the stylist request is correct at time of booking. Once deposit is paid, you may not change the stylist requested.
