Refund Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days, and during a sale 5-7 Business days.
(Most orders are shipped or ready for pickup within 1-3 days after purchase, During a sale 7-10)
We do not process ANY orders Saturday, Sunday, Or Monday.
All orders placed after 3pm est will begin processing the NEXT Business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and require approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow the shipping carrier 24-48 hours to update their systems.
Please advise, Bombshell Studios is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package is in the possession of USPS or UPS, we are no longer liable for the package. If you experience any delivery issues and/or delays we HIGHLY recommend contacting USPS and putting in a claim.

Returns/Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.
The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way(Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it).

If there was an error made, such as, wrong texture, length, etc; send us an email at orders@bombshellstudiosct.com or call (475)619-5995, and we will update the order with the correct items; please advise; you will be responsible for returning the incorrect item before we can send out the correct item.
If an order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we will not be able to change the order.
A store credit would be issued once received and determined to be in re-sellable form. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.
Our returns: All returns and returns to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35
Sale items
All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FRONT LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bombshellstudiosct.com and ship your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
