All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Our standard processing time is 2-3 business operating days, and during a sale 3-5 Business operating days.
We do not process ANY orders Saturday, Sunday, Or Monday because we are closed.
All orders placed after 3pm est will begin processing the NEXT Business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and require approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow the shipping carrier
24-48 hours to update their systems.
Please advise, Bombshell Studios is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package is in the possession of USPS or UPS, we are no longer liable for the package. If you experience any delivery issues and/or delays we HIGHLY recommend contacting USPS and putting in a claim.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a refund and/or exchange an item. After the 7 day period, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, Gift cards, Downloadable/Digital software products, & custom wigs.
If you request any customized product (lace cut, Knots Bleached, hairline plucked, color, etc); your item has been altered and therefore is ineligible for a refund or return. The SALE IS FINAL!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately any items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded and/or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
